Featuring a bolt on top plate with a rubber insert to keep unwanted dirt and dust out of the mechanism.\u003c\/p\u003e  \u003cp\u003eThe pistol grip handle attached to the shifter stick is a handy two piece bolt together design that allows interchangeable billet side plates to be purchased separately.
