Refunds and Returns

EMA will accept any new and unused purchase returned within 30-days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Please note, if you decide to return your item, the original shipping costs for your order or payment fees won’t be eligible for a refund.

Any goods returned for credit must:

• Be in the original packaging and in a saleable condition (no stickers/tape on the manufacturer packing)
• Include a copy of the original invoice number
• Have an approved return authorisation number listed on the parcel or invoice.

Any returns that do not follow the above will have a longer handling timeframe and/or further administration fees.

Return Policy
It is the installer’s responsibility to ensure that all components as supplied are correct in respect to configuration in comparison to the item being replaced, not altered from the original manufacturer’s dimensions and/or damaged prior to fitment. No liability will be attached to Engine Master Australia for any loss of profits and/or any other loss, damage or expense arising out of any defect from supplied componentry

We can’t accept anything that has been installed (yes, unsuccessful attempts do count), disassembled, drilled, welded, cut, painted, or modified in any way, so please make sure to check and double check the fit before starting any work.

All returns are subject to inspection by Engine Master Australia and must be returned to the address shown on the invoice at the consumer’s expense for inspection. Any part that, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer's instructions and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty consideration. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse any return.

Videos, Software, and Copyrighted Materials
Videos, software, and copyrighted materials cannot be returned for refund once they have been opened.

Clearance
We ask you please choose carefully when purchasing products designated as a clearance item as change of mind returns will not be accepted.

Restocking Fees

Special Order items are non-returnable.
Returned items are subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price.

Return Postage
- Change of Mind Returns

We can provide a link for capped price return postage with Australia Post if the item meets there size/weight criteria, otherwise we can assist with courier collection (price to be deducted from refund). 

- Warranty Returns

Should an item be returned for warranty checking, freight will be at the customers expense. This amount can be reimbursed if deemed the item is deemed "warranty" up to the capped price amount with Australia Post (currently $10.95 Parcel post as at 1st June 2025) any amount over the capped price will not be covered should you choose a different shipping method. 

Return Postage costs exceeding $10.95 will not be reimbursed unless prior approval has been made in writing by Engine Master Australia.

What if I disposed of the manufacturer box/packing

Please contact us with photos before sending the item back, we only accept returns in resaleable condition.
