ATI heat-treated stator support shafts eliminate many of the problems associated with worn or twisted support shafts in your converter assembly. With 1/4 in. holes to triple the volume of fluid flow, the bore of the support shaft is used for sealing the lubrication circuit of the transmission at the input shaft sealing rings.
