Lang Tools thread restorer sets chase out damaged threads and remove nicks and burrs without undercutting good threads.

The range of these tread restorer sets extend from small fractional or metric rethread tap or die sets, to extensive master kits which include both SAE and metric rethread dies and taps—some including fine and coarse thread tools. Select larger Lang Tools thread restorer sets include one or more thread restorer files. The rethreading taps and dies are highly tempered for strength and durability and are 6-point shaped for use with a socket or wrench. Taps and dies are color-coded for quick visual identification. Most sets are packaged in a high-impact styrene tray, some with a clear cover for display and storage. Order the set suited to fit your application.

Note: Use with light oil. Never use to cut new threads.
