Heavy-Duty Input Shaft & Drum Assemblies For 700R4/4L60E.

The new TCI® Heavy-Duty Input Shaft and Drum Assembly can now be purchased with anoptional, enhanced durability sun shell to deliver the ultimate in strength and performance.A common problem with 700R4 and 4L60E transmissions is damage to the sun shell andits inner gearing through harsh shifting or high torque conditions. Featuring a cryogenicallytreated input shaft, the assembly also incorporates a specially processed heavy-dutydrum with a steel reinforcement ring, which is especially important for transmissionsenhanced with raised line pressure to improve shift quality.

The TCI® Heavy-Duty Input Shaft and Drum Assembly is available in two versions: one for'85-‘93 700R4/'93-‘97 4L60E transmissions and the second for '98 and newer models4L60E. Both versions are perfect for any race or high torque street application and can bepurchased with or without the enhanced durability sun shell.
