Why do they call it a hot rod?


Often called a street rod, a hot rod is a classic American car with an oversized engine modified for speed. It is this powerful engine that gave the hot rod its name. The term comes from the connecting rods in the high-power, or engine. And so, the name hot rod stuck.

 

Whilst we keep a large range of these in stock, 3XL to 5XL will be special order and approximetly 2 weeks.
During busy periods, some other sizes will also be special order - if you are in a rush, let us know and we can double check stock levels for you....however, these are easily printed to order and will be with you soon!
