Ed "Big Daddy" Roth was an iconic American artist, illustrator, and custom car designer, pinstriper and builder. He created the hot rod icon Rat Fink and other Fink characters. Roth was a key figure in Southern California's Kustom Kulture and hot rod movement of the late 1950s and 1960s. By the August 1959 issue of Car Craft, Ed Roth’s airbrushed "Weirdo" shirts had become a full-blown craze.

This 1:25 scale Drag Nut model is an example Roth’s twisted genius. Drag Nut Monster can either stand alone or be positioned in his hot rod.
