Give your ride a new breath of life with BluePrint Engines GM 496 c.i.d. 600 hp stroker dressed carbureted long block crate engines with aluminum heads. These engines crank out an incredible 600 hp and 568 ft.-lbs. of tire-shredding torque. Each engine is hand-built and balanced to provide you with a powerful mill that is sure to kick some fresh life into your project car or hot rod.

Block:

  • Cast iron 454 big block
  • Cylinders honed to within .0002 straightness and roundness
  • Cylinders are sonic-tested for thickness
  • 4.250 in. stroke, bored .060 in. over
  • Standard deck

Rotating assembly:

  • Forged steel crankshaft
  • OEM-type connecting rods with 150,000 psi rod bolts
  • Hypereutectic pistons, 10.1 to 1 Compression ratio
  • Hydraulic roller camshaft
