BTR's powdered metal guides are a great upgrade or simply a service part for your worn stock guides. You will not find an aftermarket valve guide with a superior machining and metallurgy! Final honing per application required. Recommended valve stem to guide clearance of 0.0015" (For 8mm bronze guides clearance is typically 0.0008"). The O.D. is .500" which is correct for OEM GM Gen III-V cylinder heads. I.D.: 0.3145" Length: 2.244" O.D.: 0.500" This is the correct length for Gen V heads AND LS7; for all other Gen III and IV heads, use part number BTR-311-2110.
