    Item Description

    Ford Windsor V8 Engine Dipstick and Tube. Ford Windsor V8 260-289-302. Designed to fit most 1962-78 and some 1970-78 engines. -This model fits in the Timing Cover, some later models and Truck fit in via the Oil Pan. If it is from a car it should still be in the timing cover,passenger side (LHD Vehicle) right behind the balancer. There will be a 3/16 hole that passes through the timing cover into the front of the oil pan. The dipstick and tube just pushes in, and the tube bolts to the head at the top of the tube. Features: -Black Braided Housing and dipstick. -Black Finish Polished Alloy Handle. -Easy to install with no special tools or skills required. Additional Information: -Outer Tube Length 27 cm. -Inner Tube Length 45 cm. -Braided Outer Construction. -Quantity 1. Important Note: -ALWAYS COMPARE DIPSTICK LENGTH AND MARKINGS TO OEM BEFORE INSTALLATION. -Please Note: Some models may require a minor modification of the bracket.
