Item Description

The ultimate lifters for your severe racing applications—Howards Cams UltraMax Series steps up the performance so you can do the same. These bushed, direct-lube mechanical roller lifters are made for ultra-high spring pressures and the most aggressive cam lobes. Howards replaced the needle bearings in the roller tip with solid bushings, and they offer full-time, high-pressure oiling to the bearing axles. Together, these features deliver the highest rpm and high spring pressure capabilities available. The lifters have lightened, steel alloy bodies with a special enhanced finish, heat-treated stainless steel link bars, and case-hardened 8620 rollers. They're fully rebuildable.
