Kinsler KIN-3971 K-140 High Speed Bypass Valve Adjustable 57-123 Psi

This valve has the highest flow capacity with the lowest pressure rise of any valve on the market. For most applications the rise is under 1-PSI, since the total bypass flow for most systems is 600 lbs./hr. or less.

Extremely smooth operation. The closing flow cure is with in 0.3 (3/10) PSI at any flow point on the operating curve. This is achieved by hard coating, then micro lapping all of the moving parts. This means the pressure in the fuel system will stay close to the set point on both rising and falling RPM.

Many valves can go into a "buzz" (hydraulic vibration); this valve is more stable as it is the only valve on the market with a unique spring arrangement designed to control buzz.

The diaphragm has a swivelling "live" center pintle that closes down on the seat for every smooth operation. both pintle and the seat are lapped for bubble tight close off.

Hard anodized aluminium housing components and a very compact design makes this piece lighter and easier to install in the vehicle, components are compatible with Petrol/gasoline and methanol.
