They are manufactured to deliver outstanding performance and safety with their patented Safety Lock-Out button. The button prevents accidental shifting from park into reverse, drive, and low gears. Other important features include a neutral safety switch, 360 degree lever rotation for extra leg room, a completely adjustable mounting bracket that allows for a wide range of installation positions, and your choice of a brushed aluminum mushroom, black anodized mushroom, or high-tech tapered shift knob. These new Lokar cable operated automatic transmission shifters use a short shifter cable, eliminating the problem of time-consuming linkage adjustments.
