Created from solid copper sheets rolled to SCE specs, these Pro Copper gaskets are inspected for flatness for uniform contact on your sealing surface. They are then processed and heat-treated to ensure conformity to your mating surface for measurable gains in cylinder sealing. Yes, there are cheaper head gaskets, but inferior material and uneven load distribution could "torch" your savings--not good!
